WHAT IS THE CENTER FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGE (CPDC)?

The Center for Professional Development and Change (CPDC) is a learning and development hub of East Delta University (EDU) created to provide tailor-made short courses, training programs, seminars and workshops to suit the need for the professional development of the considerable workforces in Bangladesh. We offer customized professional and executive training programs with remarkable trainers/experts from both home and abroad to meet our clients’ individual needs.

The CPDC spends a fair amount of dynamism in the development of the content to bring the most relevant and appropriate program to the participants. In each executive and training program, CPDC attempts to develop sustainable, moral, digital and innovative leadership traits to its participants. Besides, the participants will acquire hands-on experience to improve their critical and problem-solving abilities. CPDC additionally operates separate training programs for the professionals to become an effective communicator and to develop emotional intelligence. Such a development in the attributes mentioned above is necessary to sustain and grow in every work field.
